Lead Carpet Cleaning Technician

We are searching for a carpet cleaning technician to join our team. In this role, it will be your primary responsibility to clean clients’ carpets and upholstery. You’ll start this process by assessing their carpet and determining which tools, techniques, and cleaning materials will work best, (training will be provided)

You will learn to be familiar with a wide variety of carpet and upholstery cleaning machinery, products and techniques to ensure that you deliver high-quality results. You should also be able to provide excellent customer service and to answer any questions that our clients may have about the maintenance of their upholstery and carpeted areas.

Carpet Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:

• Visit clients’ homes and offices
• Use a variety of tools, techniques, and cleaning products to clean the carpets / upholstery
• Use pre-cleaning treatments and stain-removers to get the best results achievable
• Use drying machines when necessary

Carpet Cleaning Technician Requirements:

• Full, clean drivers license 
• Have the ability to work on your own initiative
• Physical ability to work with heavy machinery and remain standing for most of your shift
• Team player
• Honest & reliable
• Positive can do attitude
• Flexibility, normally days, but can be nights and weekend work
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
